How to connect to devices?
1. Close all your Bluetooth on the phone or tablet first
2. Power on Press and hold the “On/Off” button for about 5 seconds until the red/blue light flashes
3. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your smart devices, find the sleep headphone name BT-FAAH then connect
4. Done! Enjoy your music!
Notice: Please disconnect the first paired device then pair the second device.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties.
